Refund policies

At Zenvish Store, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
